Now that your homemade cutting boards are sanded, oiled, and chock-full full of nails, it’s time to get downright silly with some more segs. In a new Alternative Segment, Things We’re Unreasonably Confident About, Grace requires a whole team of people to follow through on plans, Kristin is a confident reader but she shouldn’t be, and Ian has the boldness of a seasoned chef with none of the skills to back it up.
