2021 may have been a piss-drenched garbage fire in many ways, but on the flipside we did start this podcast and that’s something to celebrate, right? This episode we’re doing a year in review as we look back on where we started all those months ago, then look to the future with some ADHD-friendly tips on how to set a few tiny, realistic resolutions for 2022 that won’t leave you hating yourself a week into the new year.
